How to: Disable banner page printout on a Novell NetWare printer.
Solution:
Click the 'Start' button, select 'Settings', and select 'Printers'. Right-click on the NetWare printer icon and select 'Properties' . Clear the 'Banner' check box on the 'Capture Settings' tab.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Printers'. (The 'Printers' window appears.)
3) Right-click on the printer attached to the NetWare network.
4) Select 'Properties'. (The '<printer> Properties' dialog box appears, where <printer> is the name of the selected printer.)
5) Click the 'Capture Settings' tab. (The 'Capture Settings' tabbed page appears.)
6) In the 'Job' group, clear the 'Banner' check box.

7) Click 'OK' to close the '<printer> Properties' dialog box (where <printer> is the name of the selected printer).
8) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close' to exit the 'Printers' window.
